Recently "Daily Record" published some statements from Furious workers claiming that their bosses were 'filling hand sanitizer with toilet cleaner':

Angry Aggreko workers have accused bosses of using quack thermometers and bogus hand sanitizer to keep them at work amid the coronavirus crisis.

Staff at Aggreko claim they are having to go to work even though they insist they are not key workers.

Whistleblowers said the power generator firm is using “useless” thermometers to check staff’s temperatures and filling hand sanitizer dispensers with abrasive cleaning fluid meant for toilet seats.

Angry workers have accused bosses of using quack thermometers and bogus hand sanitizer to keep them at work amid the coronavirus crisis.

"Poor management, continuously restructuring and there is not an opportunity to determine if previous changes had a positive impact or not (many people have been laid off), company that is project oriented today (lots of external consultants, constant new, internal projects that are supposed to help the company improve, but there is no time to realize the effects before a new project is underway). Prior to 2015 global restructure and the on-going restructure today, it was a great company to work for and there was lots of energy amongst the employees. There was a high entrepreneurial spirit, but that doesn't exist anymore. Cons: Vaction time is non-negotiable when entering as new employee, not enough training, advancement opportunities are rare"

"I have been working at Aggreko full-time Cons: Human Resources and Management is terrible. HR is never available, they are always in meetings. Too many managers. I've silently watched several wonderful employees have problems and they receive little to no assistance from HR, they have eventually left. My respect and view completely changed when I saw a key marketing communications member laid off because of personal reasons and not for business reasons at all. This showed me that no one can be trusted and that if you challenge someone they will find a reason to let you go. Although my job is secure, I've lost respect."
